XXII asked the SEC to grant confidential treatment of the sensitive and confidential scientific information contained in our agreements with the University of Virginia (UVA) regarding our hemp/medical marijuana project with UVA for the protection of our company and our shareholders from such unique scientific information becoming known to competitors and other third-parties.IMO SEC wouldn't have granted this if XXII didn't provide a good reason why.
