BTW - just did some math and looked closely at Chad's post. If it is the entire current management of IHC exiting to form THG...and Chad does return 2,500,000 of his IHC stock to the treasury...that would make him now a non-affiliate with a reduced holding remarkably close to the 5% shareholder reporting limit.

Will the Alamo folks be the new "management"?
