and speaking of shafting .. and why documentation is so reviled by NON RETAIL

anyone tracking NON RETAIL via l2 .. would have known that CEs' were up to something based
on what they themselves *showed* on PTOI's bid (l2) just b4 mkt opened ..

mind you there are legit GTCs .. that were once again bypassed by the usual group of crooks

of 56,907 with *size* utilized @ 49c yesterday .. of 33,083 .. total = 89,990
