I think you assume way too much precision on assumptions multiple years ago ........ things can not be forecasted and times so precisely (e.g. DT saying that the ACA was designed to fail this year)
Yet, to be clear, I have always said publicly that I find the NWS to be illegal and wanted BO to end it the minute F and F made money years ago . It is a taking.
