That can explain why they decided to raise enough money to last to the end of the year because they knew the FS was being pushed back.
Its coming up to the end of Q1 and we're still waiting for an update on the FS from Jim. I know it will work out in the end and patience is required but I think we all agree that the communication from the company can be better, especially regarding the delay from the planned release date of Q4 2016 without explanation.
