He doesnt. Who else would be selling and getting huge orders filled without the price being dropped. That's the privilege of diluters. I think someone is going to prison.

If Kodiak were to modify their equity stake in MJTK, based on their filing...they would be required to report any material changes.

I have not seen any amendments to their original filing, thus have to assume Kodiak is still holding their 72,716,275 position in MJTK.
