Yes, that is in my opinion. And....IMO (in my opinion) because it's been so 'hum-hum' (quiet) today, that indeed there is "Something" being ACCOMPLISHED Today in this particular court session. I believe that, even though JNSH may not have the actual/tangible 'monies/settlement' in hand today, the court session today will accomplish some sort of settling today - which, for/in our case, is just as good as having the money/settlement(s) in your hand. This is IMO/In My Opinion.
