How about this for 'someone you haven't thought about until today'? Fund manager buys in PLM for his/her clients at a few cents during very early days. More recently, broker advises clients to offload for whatever reasons, let us say tax amnesty. To create equivalence across client base, broker arranges buy/sell (manipulates) at a certain base price, let us say 75 cents. Would that chime with you? Your chart could put flesh on that theory.
