I've been keeping my eye open for any possible ticker change and so far there hasn't been anything.

I believe we still have a business relationship with GBH (CPA's). A smaller firm, yet, conducts independent audits of public companies. Anyone can go to their website and look them up.

I won't hazard a guess as to when we get to see the financials.

Why would they file an 8k in January stating that they disposed of the Hydroplant portion of the business to focus on the freight portion if they don't plan on filing financials????
