It will take 5 years IMO for Triway to generate some decent free cash flow.

Hm, are you the taking into account 150 pre-ipo & a subcon deal then?
If you look at the numbers presented in the 10-Q, capex,revenue and NI I'm not sure you're right, of course neither of us will know how big the A/R part will be.
Edit: actually the a/r was there as well. I think you are too pessimistic if they manage the outlook(of course they won't :-) )
