Agreed. No one who is owed that much money would gladly accept pennies on the dollar. It goes against all common sense - UNLESS they are the one with the intention of buying out the company. The write-off for years to come is absolutely beautiful. This is going to be so much fun to see. With the sector heating up as much as it has, I think we'll see past $10 this quarter. :)

Isn't GSK sold their drug to them so why would they buy back ?
