I believe this is why they are behind on filings. They are using there own money and not the markets (our money). There not even getting paid for there efforts right now. With 10's of millions of dollars in the ground I'm sure the only thing there thinking about is getting it done.. HUGE pay day for the whole board and all the share holders. I'm holding for that day!!
