One thing we figured out today, I don't know if anyone caught it...

MESOblast was granted fast track designation on one of their drugs...

This announcement came from MESOblast co. , not the FDA.

USRM could already have the "letter" in hand.

I think we need to have faith that GOD will not let evil triumph over the will of these good people attempting to save and prolong the lives of SO MANY people with heart disease!

The people who attempt to stop our company, will one day be judged by the Almighty himself.

That kind of hit piece is done often. Cramer bragged that he did it to Apple to lower their stock price. I think the story came out to make the stock price trade lower for a couple weeks while someone talks to the Board about a buyout. If it had any effect, it has since worn off.

As for the FDA, I would imagine that they would be able to delay FDA approval for a very limited time - tie a decision up while getting a second look at something, but if HH's post is accurate, denying approval could end careers. Hopefully the board doesn't panic and stays the course if games are being played.

I'm not worried about the media.

Big pharma has some pretty big influence over the FDA, that's my worry.

They could influence the FDA to reject the RAT.

Then they could offer a bid for USRM at a discounted price to help complete the studies.

Hope that's not the case.
