texan, this is kinda the way I see AB and Barcharts. Some people follow their advice. If AB is wrong they apologize. It is strictly trading on technicals. The Fundamentals of a company are absent. If a pr that day stated a buyout or acquisition or anything that could give a stock a powerful run regardless of what the signals indicate, sell, hold or wait are now meaningless.

So imo the only thing that makes them right is if a person follows what is dictated. Cramer says fundementals always beats out the technicals, and many technicals being use today are in fact obsolete because the market has changed and keeps changing. He stated on his show that he use to blow the technicals out of the water everyday. So I agree with you.

If my boss told a supervisor that I probably wouldn't show up for work the next day in private. In private he told me to take the day off then his prediction would be accurate. I wouldn't come in. He could then tell the supervisor see what did I tell you and he didn't even call in. You now have my permission to fire him.> ha!

None taken, I agree, I just didn't have time last night to add any comments I thought it might speak for itself since the news we are waiting on is potentially huge. And AB is a daytrader site anyway, giving advice on buying and selling on the highs, and lows of the PPS. Not exactly what a long does.

its all system generated stuff... I happen to like American Bulls and subscribe.. great site to find potentials.. but they do flag patterns incorrectly from time to time.. the the bearish engulfing the other day was NOT a proper bearish engulfing..

I get the feeling American Bulls is 20/20 hindsite. The "buy -if" is recorded as a buy if it goes up, etc.
