I can't see permits as an issue. The town wants and needs the jobs. Texas is obviously oil friendly. Epa does seems to be an issue in the Trump admin. Who's left to block it?

Would like to chime in on the Permits as well , Judge & Mayor BOTH
Stated in an interview that they Would " FAST TRACK " The Process!!
Sweet , also Raven down near Laredo already have PERMITTING
Approved but are running into Locals not Supporting now due to the
Proximity to Schools , I do beleive ....
