Isn't the reason for the FS delay due to continually improving the numbers? If the numbers are in line with the PEA2, that would be disappointing considering the expectations that management has set. They've mentioned multiple times that the FS delays will pay off in the end.

Numbers in-line with PEA-2 would be a disappointment. We have been told the additional work and delays are to significantly improve the numbers.
The removal of the train spur line would decrease the CAPEX so that is progress I suppose.
