Yup. Adrian scam artist can't even make full payment to RedChip. That is what I assume happened. Or maybe he's an ok scammer because he probably made a lot of money selling shares. If he was a better scammer, the PPS would be moving up...and he'd be able to sell shares at a higher rate. So, yea, he's just an ok scammer. He's not putting in enough work to get this thing really going.
