What is the deal with all the Red Flags

"For example, the purchase of a 20% interest in the springs for 150,000 shares, which by the boards approval, was to be paid back by RM within a certain number of days. To date, we still have no evidence of the payback. "

"RM failed to file the required documents with the SEC about his publicly declared purchases of SEVU stock. Purchases in April, documents filed by May 10. No fillings."

"No fillings on the supposed Private Placement with officers for $1.5M either. And to top it off, NO PROXY!!!"

I am going to read thru ALL of the PR from SEVU over the last year and make a list for ALL of you to respond to. I plan on focussing on the "New Team" PR in particular.

How many red flags does it take!

Thanks Bill but even with the "want to believe" factor I still don't understand why you bought more shares after the open house if you felt that your questions were not adequately addressed. I wish that I had taken notes at the open house because there were so many questions asked (and it was SOOOOO COLD that towards the end all I wanted to do was to get to some heat) I cannot remember the specifics of many of the answers. Perhaps I should have smuggled in a tape recorder but I'm too honest for my own good :) Hope they have the AC blowing for the SH meeting. Good luck with SUND and yes you did PM me about that. SH
