Founder Romanek (The father of current CEO), has over 30 years of industry experience in manufacturing, wholesale distribution and dispensing.

Established FACT... Ydont need to know ow the whose and what's.... Doesn't really matter, but what DOES is that Dad is going to share his experience with his son....

And after 30 years a successful businessman, and a well thought out business plan by his son, who so far has personally funded research and testing, may already have the funds secured for manufacturing, etc.

First run 1000 units.. let's see doesn't take a math major to make a ballpark guess..

Let's say 50 bucks a piece to manufacture so 50k... Easy loan... No dilution needed for that... Sell for 299.... So 50k become 300k...
Roll it in, do it again...

Please read the PR. No manufacturer was named and no company tells you who makes their products, how they are made, etc. No cost to produce was indicated for the same reason Apple doesn't tell you what it costs to build an iphone. And it said personally funded.
