The discussion on an approved manufacturing facility / partner has to do with the manufacturing of Rexista. It is a class II narcotic/controlled substance .... that cannot be imported into the US.

Therefore need a manufacturing facility in the US. Of course, that does not preclude IPCI for purchasing such a facility to do the manufacturing on their own.

IPCI could and will manufacture other acceptable drugs for import as evidenced by the MNK deal.
