That is only a statement indicating that the are open to the possibilities of partnerships to help with needed funding. ADMP has NEVER stated that they are in discussions with multiple companies top secure a partnership BEFORE FDA approval of Epipen. I am not saying previous poster is not truthful about speaking to IR......but if that is what IR told him, that would in fact be illegal.
That info(if true) has NEVER been made public.
