Take it for what it's worth but I received the below response from the company last week when I inquired about the timing of the release of financials.

Our accountants are indicating that they may want to include Q1-2017 in the financials, so April would be a reasonable estimate to complete the audit.

Since we're right at the end of Q1, this kind of makes sense to me. Disappointed at having to wait longer but it makes sense.
