Zero revenues for 8-10 years? Wha? Once the refinery is operating, in 2019, it will be doing almost $1 billion in gross sales. It will also be net income positive with the state of the art facility they are building.
It will be build a lot sooner than that, 2 years to build, one year in permits. 2.5 million dollars a day, refinery will be paid for in a few years. It will gross 625 million a year! Your calculations are way off!!
