Good question. At 4PM ET ICLD closed at 0.0391 and then it dropped to 0.0334 -0.0057 (-14.58%) at 4:16PM ET. Can some one explain this. I am new, but I can tell time and this is a valid question many of us have right now. Thank You hollyhoodhd for bringing this up.
