I think the probability of that is near zero. Why? Because BP CEOs get paid tens of millions, a nice gig. If there were a consortium of BP shorting, that would be a RICO offence, and CEOs would rather collect tens of millions than sit in jail. And as a public company that gets audited, where would they hide this short portfolio.

I think it is more likely that STILL very few know about this company and believe in its tech. A European accelerated approval would likely break us out of this slump by verifying the effectiveness of the tech.

Until then, the low volume makes it a target of technical trader short sellers and MM's accumulating inventory.
