They did have to move 400,000,000 new shares. The number of shares owned sub .001 is going to be nearly impossible to overcome for any of the other shareholders to make money.
I agree that was fairly significant news for IDTA, but until it translates into dollars, nobody who knows IDTA is going to care. Anybody who doesn't know IDTA is going to do about 1 second of research, see 16+ BILLION AS and just laugh and move on. IDTA doesn't help matters by putting out their standard "just the facts, ma'am" PR. They didn't elaborate on how this approval may lead to actual revenue or anything other than "the UK put IDTA in their internal systems." Wow. Inspiring.

I don't think your eyes are deceiving you.

Credibility has long been the Achilles Heel for Identa. Feel good, warm and fuzzy PR's by now an IDTA's specialty have suckered many before you and no doubt many in the future unfortunately. IDTA has pumped and dumped over 13 years now with spectacular fails that defy belief.

I doubt you will hear much more about this and certainly no significant news to follow up on. Been happening well over a decade time and time again, so it comes as no surprise to the old hands here. Identa has already sold in the UK to other buyers of course, many moons ago. Fake news my friend read that Disclaimer you will understand better how this works. Anyways hope this helps my app won't let me scroll so I trust the paragraph below I can't see makes sense

There is a reason you haven't heard directly from the "new" CEO yet about where he is taking this company. Yuppers! Yea old head fake, the former CEO just orchestrates from a distance without needing to answer embarrassing questions,like you just did.

Your zeal got the better of you. That's ok perfectly normal. But ask yourself something as you pour back over this PR...

Where is the huge NEWS? It's a trick question. What your brain perceived as news was really cleverly jacked-up pie in the sky potential. There wasn't even mention of any letter of understanding. That was no accident or typo, no sir. As mentioned IDTA has the eureka PR down to a fine science. They should do! Been going at them long enough to raise a child into adulthood by now. Read the Disclaimer and all the hokus pokus becomes agonizingly clear. Just that some of us have been around long enough to recognize it so don't be down on yourself. We have all been there, we also know IDTA's has never changed it's spots all these years. My advice accept that and look for something with REAL POTENTIAL. Best of luck!
