I find this issue about the cell confusing. (relax different angle)
China patent that Jn doesn't seem to be to interested in
The patent in China has been approved. If we take JN word for it, that the cell does work as advertised and is ready for manufacturing and the company doesn't seem to want to pursue finding a manufacturing partner for it in the foreseeable future.
Why don't SUNW try to sell the China Patent instead of leaving it on the shelve gathering dust?
