I think if one comes they both come within weeks from one another. Whichever one comes first it will force the hands of either the Arbitrator or the FDA. IMO, it will also send this stock parabolic, this stock could go form no news to one of the most highly speculated stocks of the year. of course this is based on the assumption we get positive news from both, arb/fda

I agree with some things warfare has said and some not so much and some i go back and forth....
I don't think anybody knows if the FDA lift will occur....
Having said that; I think there will be some sort of closure with the FDA prior to meeting (I feel fairly strongly about this - almost certain).

The arbitration in my guess will follow anywhere from 3-6 months after. I don't imagine the arbitration being set on a weighted scale (this is my educated guess, I believe it to be a good guess; but I change my mind quite a bit...especially if other material information is introduced).

The sec issue could take years; no way of even guessing as they haven't given any insight...a guess would be the investors that took a large round when ph3 was launched, but we don't even know what the substance of the case is (in the end i believe it will be a non-issue) that will be rectified with no damage.

Here is another chunk to chew on:
We don't even know if Cvm wants to continue with Multikyne. I made a argument the other day why I believe mamagememt has full faith in the drug, based on timing of meeting and compensation changes; but the fact is mamagememt would engage in this activity as no funder wants to own Cvm.

Personally I have positioned myself to do fine if stock goes parabolic. If anything incredibly positive happens there should still be ample opportunity to digest it with all the warrants in play. I am planning on preffered units being issued. Just like everybody....time to wait.
