#4 may happen at any time. That list should nott be read to imply a specific order of events.

The SEC can, and IMO likely will, suspend this ticker at any time now.

The evidence is quite overwhelming here.

Also, it's possible FINRA calls a halt even before the SEC suspends.

There's no way to know the exact order that these various events (the ones you cite and a FINRA halt) will roll ~OUTT on any given pennyscam.

The revenue that Cemtrex has been reporting from the original Rob Group acquisition is on the order of 40%-50% what Rob Group was generating 2-3 years prior to their troubles related to the default of a large customer.
Cemtrex streamlined operations at the lower level where they could be profitable.
