Those shares are due to promissory note holder conversions from the company's former friends and family program.

I've been watching the OS since the end of Q3 2016.

Here is the latest spreadsheet (as of March 14, 2017) detailing the Net OS REDUCTION of 1.32 billion shares since Sep 30, 2016.

Startup companies sell shares to operate until revs take up the slack. I don't see them doing that here. Maybe the initial operating expenses are coming out of the pockets of the management team? That would make sense to prevent dilution. That would be very generous of them. This is the most shareholder friendly company I have ever been involved with in the penny stock arena.
