seems its only for now, or? but i would think and when u have the Proposal/ possibility to buy a +20M$ revenue making co, then u do it, i mean it does not specially need for Nasdaq, u are doing it to have the revenues, the net Income, to have the Name from it even their sources. TTCM with maybe 10k $s revenues would have followed +20M$ revenues, which would put this Co in a very high and different league, but again, thats imo.

Given the progress we are making on all other fronts, we have determined to shelve that project for the time being
