I think the Russian/Canadian who owns those leases and oil wells, who also was awarded the huge settlement, needs only to get a legit cusip and transfer the company and shareholders into that.
Problem is everyone had their hands in the cookie jar lots of short and air
shares, if I remember correctly, so is a complicated mess. But I feel it will get resolved, can't cut us shareholders out if oil starts rocketing and those nat gas and oil wells are pumping. Wells may be capped now, waiting for higher prices.
I have not researched Morgan County Tenn in years. No Plans on selling down here so why bother.
