Could you show me 1 publicly trading refinery company with a share price of only a penny?

If we see verifiable facts that all systems are a go, this will run north to a dollar so fast. We're not talking about a true penny stock company, we're talking about 50,000 barrels per day capacity crude oil refinery.

This is a Nasdaq stock trading as a penny stock for the time being. Wait until the truly big money buy in, dropping hundreds of thousands of dollars in at a time. A penny...please.
