xencor has partnerships with novartis, amgen, merck and others...

so they have back channels... so yes..

what we do know is the bod takes care of themselves before shareholders...

exhibit A is the fees.... and all the talks about "holding out" for us rights when they have been diluting for 20 cents on the dollar... we would have never heard of what was on the table and the BOD would not want the gravy train derailed...

now ronin has skin in the game and feedback from both sides of the table...

pphm mgmt now has to REPRESENT shareholders...
