Technically the BK is over for VDI, but VDC is still in Liquidation, until when is the question, I did ask them but they would not give me an answer, hoping this year!

There was a hint in the last VDI 10K, VDC and VDI are now negotiating something but that was not stated, as long as VDC is in any kind of litigation they can stay in Liquidation for protection after they come out their actual assets are up for grabs.

That is some kind of opinion and speculation just never see facts to those statements by Alpha. Vantage drilling co. is not associate with Vantage Drilling International in any way, except holding shares.
Do your own DD and call KPMG their are world renowned audit company
They are not going to lie or cover up anything just ridiculous statement related to KPMG. Shareholders more than likely will receive nothing, typical in liquidation or BK,,
