$ICLD released the 10K on The 14th March

$78,000,000 in Revenues for 2016

Many companies on the OTC don't have hardly any revenue or none.

But Trade Higher with a larger O/S

$ICLD reduced their Net Loss from 65,762,000 to $26,483,000
in one Year. That is a 50% reduction or over $29,000,000

Many Companies on the OTC increase their Loss Year after year

Still trade Higher Then $ICLD with a Larger O/S AND Market Cap

Net Loss per share on $ICLD dropped from $3.05 TO .63. In One Year,

Again Many Companies on the OTC have a Increase in their Net Loss.

Yet them Companies Continue to Rise in their PPS Year After Year,

Now understand why $ICLD was shorted. Because they weren't expecting that type of 10k from $ICLD.
