Weird that they haven't put out their 10K yet -- I believe this will be the latest they have put it out in many years. I wonder what is holding it up. Maybe the auditor wants to put a "going concern" opinion back on the audit report?

It will be interesting to see if they end up getting an extension.

MLSS is presenting at The Microcap Conference in NYC on 4/4, hopefully they will have filed the 10K by then.
