You are right - I had e-mailed about same but no response.

On other hand, Dr N did 2 or 3 presentations after that - he did not mention delay but in last presentation, he mentioned that the process is at 3rd party vendor.
But he uses the word CE application ASAP - that is kind of political word - not accepting delay but also can defend the delay by pointing that he mentioned 3rd party vendor

Let's hope he gives better direction than ASAP.
