Hi,neurotropers ,want to babble few min.couple of days ago member asked a question.which one is better Avxl or bryostatin.i will give my opinion you guys can judge.bryostatin 1 compassionate users did very well ,one patient muse score increased by ten but it is only three pts .2 autopsy findings in az patients had positive correlation wth synaptic loss and low levels or lack of pkc enzymes to cognitive loss.since bryostatn regenerates synaptic network it might be successful.coming to Avxl their phase2a results didn't impress the market ,and there is no control arm.mmse score increased 1.5,that is not significant .company called Toyoma chemical did a phase2 with same MOA that failed.those are facts you guys can draw your own conclusions thx
