There are risks as in any bios
of course. There is the additional
risk Brazil may fail to purchase
the full amount of drugs as per
the contract. (Brazil does NOT
enjoy a 100% reliability in fulfilling
written contracts to the letter)

Having mentioned and written the risks,
the rewards outweigh the risks by far.
