That would be 2004. Dilution usually tanks a stock and bid support is smashed on stocks like BAYP

Which is exactly what has happened. The R/S 1:100 took effect on 01-Aug-14. It ran that day from the previous close 02-->045. In another words before the R/S 1:100 split the PPS was 0002. The O/S after the split was 15M shares.

Net effect: Start at 02 with 15M shares, add in 5B in the next 2.5 yrs, and presto one is right back at the 0002 pre-split PPS. It tanked 100X matching the R/S factor. Cause was dilution, and lame PR pumps by Porter, and then Clay.

There is no bid support bidding it up past 0002. One has retail traders trying to buy at 0001, and able to buy at 0002 from the affiliates converting the toxic debt notes. Then hoping Clay will come up with a pump that will attract retail dreamers from a 3rd party promo site to sell to at 0003. Also have to hope the affiliates allow them to complete the trade, without dumping in front of em. After all, paid promos aren't done for the benefit of retail flip traders.

This Microcrap scam is drowning in shares. Back in Jan 2015 there were cries of joy - it ended the year with a O/S 57M. Easy to move was the slogan. Well, here wee bee, and 5.3B is a little more difficult to move. Bon appetite!
