Huh we have more in common than I thought. I buy tax deed property's and leins I prefer the property to have occupants usually it tends to be less destroyed plus sometimes I get the chance to take some free stuff to help with the past taxes,water and renevation. And I don't use banks but I do sometimes buy from them :).
You act like I issued the shares to the seller or bought into a bad shell. If management would follow thru and raise share price I will be gone. Unless it drops back down. My little 300k does not compare to the 30 million Caro will get for promotional services. Best case for me and most people is it runs and I move on to another stock. One good pr that is not fluff and I'll be gone. Until then I still expect management to try and achieve a profitable business.
