Les obviously was distributing counterfeit shares... but no one should let the Naked Short Sellers off the hook... even though the common shareholders had no idea of Les's scheme... it was certainly on someone's radar as those shares had to show up somewhere on the records... who knows... Les maybe was working with the short sellers...??? I'm sure plenty of them had been contacting him looking for shares to cover... birds of a feather stick together...
