#6237 RE: DigitalTradz #6235

Gents or Ladies, please grow up. This is a new era and if you don't like it, move on.

There is no shame in having hope that this old dog has learned some new tricks. I've already said that I've got my bag-holder shares that I'm holding on to, mainly because I've already written them off as BK. So whatever shenanigans old Joe has up his sleeve, if anything at all comes of it then, yes, the RS and Emmaus and whatever else is required will have been a great success. There is no shame in hoping that something you own with presumed no value turns out to be worth a little something after all.

But it would be a shame to approach this as if the company has no history. It would be a shame to buy new shares here with your eyes closed as to how this company has operated throughout its history. They have never followed through with any single project, even though they've always had very real IP with very real potential. They've failed to develop any drug with buccal absorption and they've failed to develop any product with the Ii-key immune activation moiety. Instead, they've issued LOI after LOI to obtain different technology or start different projects, but they have never followed through and never inform shareholders of what is (not) happening or why.

It would be a shame to believe the old management has been swept out for new players. Moscato and Fletcher have been driving this bus the whole time, and changing titles doesn't change the men or their abilities (or their motives or their morals). They have a chance here to show me something they haven't yet. They have an opportunity to earn my trust and respect. But that will be based on their actions and their results, not on more plans and more promises.

So please spare me (and everyone who knows the history here) the bullshit about a "new era." The most likely outcome here is for Generex and Emmaus to go separate ways without any merger or collaboration. The second most likely outcome is for Generex to take on Emmaus' legitimate IP and make nothing of it. The least likely possibility here is that Moscato and Fletcher will make anything of Generex other than a generator of more shares and more warrants.

Gosh, such baby talk. He got my binkie and I want it back. MOMMY! I WANT MY BINKIE BACK.

This is obnoxious.
