Hasn't been delisted because they continue to file worthless information just under the wire to keep it alive without actually saying anything. if you want to know what to actually expect, it really is pretty easy, good for them, not so much for the stockholder. There will be letters stockholders will never see (unless they fail to comply with instructions) between the SEC and company. Once they've run out of BS to send, they will file a Form 15. The stock will than go Dormant for 2 to 3 years, can't remember from the last ticker. Then it is revived, an R/S is announced, and the process starts all over again. Standard Pinkie stuff, better known as Trips001. LOL
