With new findings today, we could conclude that DOLV = JBZJMY with certainty due to the fact that we found both Wang Dequn and HUANG Hua are officers in both DOLV and JBZJMY. If this is the case, Daniel (Dequn) Wang and Oranoxis is out of picture.
Now Only connection between JBZJMY and HLK is they share the same address: 185 Shuanglong Road. As I said before there are other companies residing at that location too. I search other entities at that location so far haven't find any Jinbo companies owned by WANG Dequn. WANG Dequn could be a new resident at this address and the internet hasn't pick it up yet.
Can WANG Dequn and his Jinbo companies go public alone without HLK. They have 9 subs, 133 IPs registered or in application, and assets with too many zeros I could not count.
I have no experience how long it takes for a RM to complete. But I feel that HLK's October 2017 date does not make sense for DOLV. Remember that the event occurred March 2016 at Shangdong province there were so many attendees for the summit of Listing and Finance in the USA. There may be a flood of RM potentials, and JBZJMY and HLK go to different shells.
