That's a key point, don't force it. one day last week I made $580 on one trade right off the opening bell, took a total of 9 mins, good enough for one day so I shut down shop and did other things.
Not sure what kind of money others are making doing this but I'm more than happy with that for one days work, or about an hour including research and the 9 mins it took to execute.
And like you said, I remind myself constantly that total account destruction is only a few bad trades away,
