March 21 Tues the U.S. House Committee Will Hold Hearing on CFPB's Unconstitutional Design.

One of the witness to testify is Professor Saikrishna Prakash who has been on interviews about FNMA and the over reaching power of the government.

If the discussion is in fact the Unconstitutional Design and someone asks about other agencies that are similar, FHFA will be brought up.
