Based upon the dynamics of the OTC swamp we're in. A few weeks ago we had a lot of volume and moved. It's still a low floater. It'll move again. It might even release a press release after being dormant a while.
It' s still an OTC POS but these are all gambles and now might be a time to load and wait.

I think the odds are in my favor here.
