I think it's largely down to investor impatience and a few bears in the bullpen. Also, given that the European plant breeder deal fell through, there is no longer a clear price to associate with the company. I'm sure there are a ton of investors waiting on the sidelines, but they don't want to jump in until that price is known. I strongly believe that once the current worth of the company is no longer speculative, share prices are going to rocket upwards. I think some are aware of this, so they are trying to guess the bottom and buy before takeoff. Even if they do sink a little more, I think it would be a mistake to risk missing out on the low price. The end of the quarter is fast approaching and current prices are ridiculously low.
